FLASH SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
FLASH SALE - 11th March 2018
- No other offers or gift cards can be used in conjunction with flash sale.
- Postal orders will be dispatched from Tuesday 13th March
- We do not provide premium packaging with any items bought from the Flash Sale.
- In store collection is available from our Newcastle Boutique on Wednesday 14th March - please await to receive confirmation email.
- Our Flash Sale items are sent directly from our Head Office and not from our Newcastle Boutique.
- Our boutique will not be able to assist with any enquiries regarding the Flash Sale.
- Flash sale queries should be emailed to email@example.com
RETURNS - Please read carefully
- Any item purchased in flash sale cannot be returned to our Boutique or to any of our Stockists.
- Items bought from the Flash Sale cannot be returned for an exchange.
- We can only accept returns should there be a genuine fault.
- Any items which are deemed faulty should be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. You will then receive a returns authorisation code from us via email, which should be noted on the outside of the parcel. Without this parcels will not be accepted and returned to sender.
- Flash Sale items cannot be taken to our boutique for repairs or exchanges at any time. Please do not attempt to return such items to our store as they will not be accepted.
